A Corporate Recruiter can be an individual who is a professional human resource advisor or can be an individual who works as a independent contractor for multiple companies/agencies. Corporate recruiters are very versatile in that they have to be skilled in resume reviewing, interviewing skills, job description writing and motivated to be their own boss.

I know that this sounds like something that you must have a lot of training in or a lot of corporate experience, however that is not true at all. Truth be told most companies use outside recruiters to fill their positions because it is the most cost effective way to have the most amount of people looking for people to fill positions.

The best part of this job is that it is something that you do from the confines of your own home. There is no special dress attire nor is there any special license that you need. The best third-party recruiters are those who spend 3-5 hours a day reviewing and seeking out qualified people to fill the positions they have chosen to help fill.
